Orientations

Orientations:   Every pass holder who utilizes the fitness center will receive an orientation. An orientation consists of a fitness specialist setting up a basic program including warm up, cardiovascular training, strength/toning training and cool down and stretches. Basic guidelines on how to work out safely and effectively and general fitness center rules and etiquette are reviewed. Physician referrals are still required for those needing them.  Orientations are scheduled in advance at the front desk.
