Learn best practices as well as exercises and drills to improve your golfing. You will be given exercises to do before and after golfing to improve your game and keep yourself injury free so that you can continue to play the game you love!

The Yard Sale will be located in the Community Center parking lot by the playground. Spread the word! Join us for an interactive and fun DIY workshop to learn how essential oils can help us stress less! Stress of any kind causes inflammation and toxicity, which in turn can cause disease. When you are able to alleviate any amount of environmental, physical, and emotional stressors on your body, you will sleep better, your moods will change, your digestion improve, and you will feel lighter! You will make and take a custom essential oil blend with powerhouse oils for reducing stress throughout your busy day!
