Come sample our Small Group Training and aerobic classes for just $10! This is a great opportunity to take a Cycling class, Suspension class, Body Weight Burn, Land Boot Camp, CoreSculpt and more! Try one or try them all! Each class will last about 20 minutes with minimum time in between, multiple classes running at the same time. If you have ever wondered what Small Group Training classes were like but weren’t sure you wanted to commit, here is your chance to try them out, or just come get in a great night of fitness. There will be raffles and a grab bag for everyone that registers by November 7th! Don’t wait to register, limited space is available! Energy snacks and water will be included!
Ages: Family (max 5 people) Bring the whole family to build and race cardboard boats in the GPCC’s Lap Pool. This event allows participants to design and create a floating vessel of corrugated cardboard using engineering genius and artistic flair. We will provide all the supplies. After your boat is constructed we will set sail, at least one family member must man the boat. Winners will be based on ability to stay afloat and shortest time to sail across the pool. We will also give awards in “special” categories!
Area Veterans are invited to join us on Wednesday, November 14th at 2:00 pm at the Plymouth Township Service and Devotion Monument (ceremony held indoors if it rains). Please RSVP to Lori Fisher that you will attend. By RSVPing your name will be included in the program for the event. Light refreshments will be served.
Swim, float, & splash in the leisure pool while watching this classic on a huge screen. Bring your favorite float. But, for safety, no ‘water wings’ please. The slide will be open but the spray features will be OFF during the movie. The doors open at 6:00pm and the movie begins at 6:30pm.
Ages: 2-10 with adult Dad, get all dressed up and bring your favorite little girl out for a special evening. Enjoy snacking, dancing and making a special treat for Mom so she won’t feel left out. You’ll be able to remember the evening with a complimentary photograph.
Wednesday, November 28 at 6:00 pm (Rain date, Thursday, 11/30) Plymouth Township invites you to the second annual tree lighting ceremony. It will kick off at 6:00 pm at the Service and Devotion Monument located at the corner of Walton Road and Germantown Pike. The evening will feature a mini concert and complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. Santa and Ms. Claus will make an appearance so bring your smiles and cameras.
Ages: All Ages Make your home more festive by displaying your own unique creation made out of graham crackers and candy. All supplies provided. Each person wishing to decorate a house must register. Registration deadline: 11/28
Ages: All Ages Come to family time with Santa. Shake his hand and bring your own camera to take pictures. We will also have a game room. A light breakfast will be served. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ages 2 years and under are free with paying adult
Please join us for an open house to learn more about the Plymouth2040 Comprehensive Plan. You will be able to provide feedback and vote on your priorities for potential improvements to several focus area within the Township. Stop by whenever you are available and stay as long as you’d like.
The GPCC has teamed up with Harmonville Fire Co. for this huge special event. The Leisure pool will be decorated for the season and holiday music playing for a festively fun swim! Firefighters will be on hand to receive the toys from children who wish to make the holidays brighter for others. Rumor has it that Santa himself will be making an appearance at the end of the event to give out candy canes to all the good boys & girls! The price of the event is $1 plus a new unwrapped toy per person. If you wish to donate more than one toy they will be gladly accepted. Thank You!
