Join us for an interactive and fun DIY workshop to learn how essential oils can help us stress less! Stress of any kind causes inflammation and toxicity, which in turn can cause disease. When you are able to alleviate any amount of environmental, physical, and emotional stressors on your body, you will sleep better, your moods will change, your digestion improve, and you will feel lighter! You will make and take a custom essential oil blend with powerhouse oils for reducing stress throughout your busy day!
