The GPCC offers a number of personal training options for adults and youth. Our trainers have two or more of the following qualifications: BS Degree in Exercise Science or a related field, nationally recognized Personal Training Certification, Years of experience designing exercise programs, CPR & First Aid Certified and AED Trained or Coaching, training &/or conditioning athletes.

Complete the Personal Training Request form and either e-mail it to Mary Ann Bevan or drop off in the Fitness Center.
