Youth Fitness
Did you know if your child is 13 years of age or older, they can use the fitness center on an Annual or Monthly pass? Once the pass is purchased an appointment must be set for an Orientation. During this appointment a Trainer will show your teen how to work out properly including warm-up, cardio machines, introductory weight training and machine settings with weight and rep range to follow, and how to cool-down with stretches.
If you feel your teen needs more guidance you can purchase Personal Training sessions! Whether it is for pre-season sport conditioning, injury prevention, weight loss, or just to get some exercise and make the most out of it! See the Training Services page for details!
